The pool area was a relaxing retreat after busy days, yet the bed sagged uncomfortably.

Excellent service, delicious breakfast with really nice coffee and real eggs, as for instance. Location adjacent to a metro station, and both the airport and the centre of Lisbon. Besides, excellent for visiting a Portuguese museum.

The price was right - value for money ok But everything else was blant, pale and uninspiring, somewhat run-down
See above - smoking room where I had asked for non-smoking; then I had a communicating room with.... screaming baby on the other side of the communicating door; somewhat run-down, and blant breakfast

Next to metro so easy access to all parts of the city. Good local restaurants within walking distance
Not on airport bus route so could do with advice as to getting to hotel other than by taxi

Rooftop pool views, Proximity to public transport, Unique room configurations
Cleanliness could be much better upon arrival!!! Noisy cleaning staff too early in the morning!!! Air conditioning needs a serious upgrade to get a decent night's sleep!!! Bathing arrangements in the bathroom are awkward!!!

Some staff very helpful - especially 1 duty manager who was there Friday 8th and Saturday 9th July. Our 3rd room was what we expected, and settled there on day 2. It was spacious, comfortable and modern in style. Very close to Metro, 5 min walk to buses Very nice pool and sun terrace
No variation of breakfast selection (especially hot food) No kettle tea and coffee facility in room 1st room pokey, claustrophobic with no air con there was a mix up with the 'package' of fruit and wine and spa bath

The help given by the reception staff, especially the young man that assisted with parking my car. Helpful and obliging bar man.
Difficulty finding the location, largely because of the road works. Also, the spar and swimming pool were unavailable.

The location- everything is accessible by metro from across the street; also a small shopping area nearby- with El Corte Ingles and Zara
Rooms very small; towels were worn out and toilet overall very old and not impecably clean; there was a terrible smell at all times in the hotel; noisy; no free wifi in the lobby is outrageous!
